Refund Policy

At HRD Institute, we strive to provide quality education and training services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Course Fee Refund

1. Course fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
2. Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the institute management.

2. Admission Cancellation

1. If a student cancels admission before the course starts, partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of HRD Institute.
2. Registration or admission processing charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. Course Cancellation by Institute

1. If HRD Institute cancels a course due to unavoidable circumstances, eligible students may receive a full or partial refund as decided by the institute.

4. Duplicate Payment

1. In case of duplicate payment due to technical error, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.

5. Refund Processing Time

1. Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to process depending on the payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable for:

1. Course already started or partially attended
2. Change of mind after payment
3. Failure to attend classes
4. Violation of institute rules
