At HRD Institute, we strive to provide quality education and training services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.
1. Course Fee Refund
- Course fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
- Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the institute management.
2. Admission Cancellation
- If a student cancels admission before the course starts, partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of HRD Institute.
- Registration or admission processing charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
3. Course Cancellation by Institute
- If HRD Institute cancels a course due to unavoidable circumstances, eligible students may receive a full or partial refund as decided by the institute.
4. Duplicate Payment
- In case of duplicate payment due to technical error, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to process depending on the payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable for:
- Course already started or partially attended
- Change of mind after payment
- Failure to attend classes
- Violation of institute rules
